The Chairman and Managing Director shall have the following powers:
- To manage all concerns and affairs of the Company,to appoint and employ officers,staff,workman,day labourers for the purpose of the Company and remove or dismiss them and appoint others in their places and to pay and allow to the persons to be employed as aforesaid such salary,wages or other remuneration as he may deem fit and proper.
- With the poor decision of the Board of Directors and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper ,to borrow or raise any sum or sums of money by loan or hypothecation.
- To take necessary an effective steps the recovery of money,debts,dues,rents,damages.compensations due to the Company.
- To purchase or otherwise acquire for the Company any properly,rights or priviliges such as the Company is authorized to acquireat such price and generally on such terms and conditions as he thinks fit subject to approval of Board of Directors.
